Terms of use
These terms apply when you use underpar.uk. By playing, you agree to them. The short version: play fair, be decent, and remember it's a free game.
Who we are
UnderPar is run by Harry O'Connor, trading as Journeyman, in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact@underpar.uk.
Playing the games
- All our games are free. There are no entry fees, cash prizes or betting.
- You need to be 13 or over to create an account.
- Please keep to one account each, and don't use automated tools to play or to scrape the site.
- Team names and league names must not be offensive, impersonate anyone, or include personal details. We may change or remove any that are.
PARs, ratings and scores
- PARs are our own estimates. They are published before each Gameweek's deadline and are not changed afterwards, except to fix a clear data mistake before anyone has entered.
- Scores use FotMob's final match ratings. If a rating is later corrected, or we make a mistake entering it, we may update scores and league tables.
- Postponed matches, players who don't play and other special cases are scored as explained on our How to play page.
- If something goes wrong, our decision on scores is final. We'll always try to be fair and explain what happened.
Our content
The games, design, artwork, puzzles and PARs on UnderPar belong to us. You're welcome to share screenshots of your scores. Please don't copy our games or data for another site or product.
UnderPar isn't connected to, or endorsed by, the Premier League, FotMob or any football club. Their names and marks belong to them and are used only to say who is who.
Availability
We'll do our best to keep UnderPar running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change, pause or stop any game, and we'll try to give notice if we do.
Our responsibility to you
UnderPar is provided free and for fun. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss caused by using the site, such as decisions you make based on our PARs. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can't be excluded.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and we'll change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
